What do I use for the Host Name/Address when logging in with FTP ?

To determine the host name you need to know the URL for your site. If your account is under http://www.belkcollege.uncc.edu/ you would use "www.belkcollege.uncc.edu" for the host name. If your account is under http://www.uncc.edu/ you would use "www.uncc.edu" for the host name..

Help. I can not log into my account !

Depending on how you are trying to access your account please check the following:

• FTP
• Host Name/Address: www.<example>.uncc.edu
• User ID: unccharlotte-nt\<your email username>
• Password: <your email password>
• Microsoft Frontpage
• Site name: http://www.<example>.uncc.edu
• User name: unccharlotte-nt\<your email username>
• Password: <your email password>
